Down the Rabbit Hole, into my new place!

Saturday, September 12, 2020: I am sitting in my living room surrounded by oodles of boxes, packing tape, and snoozing yorkies. It’s a lazy, rainy Saturday afternoon, and I’m looking for the motivation to pack…Don’t get me wrong, I am VERY excited about moving into my new home, but dealing with the logistics of it all, is just exhausting. The official move date is NEXT weekend, just in time for Boo, Chicpea, and Cricket to whelp, that should be interesting. The pregnant Dams are doing great. Everyone is eating well, pooping solid and taking it easy. I think Chicpea is VERY close to whelping. Her “puppy lumps” are moving around A LOT in there, which means they are getting into position. I can’t hardly wait! In my efforts to do ANYTHING, but pack. I have been working on the website. You will find a few changes, nothing too earth shattering, but just so you know….

The Coming Puppies Waiting List is LOCKED. I will not accept any more applications/ deposits until some puppies are placed. I know some of you that subscribe to the site are considering getting another puppy friend, so when I open up the Puppy Application, I would strongly advise getting back on the list. While I was procrastinating on the computer, I found this cool door knob on-line; it looks like the one from Alice in Wonderland. (Isn’t it awesome!) I am SERIOUSLY considering doing the Adult Dog Room in Alice in Wonderland theme. (Yes, I am the type of person who would design an ENTIRE room around a doorknob.) Of course, the Rainbow Runs are still on par with Charleston and all things Southern, but with a wonderland theme that would make me the SOUTHERN Mad Hatter and that is 100% true most of the time! What cha think? What other ‘wonderland’ ideas do ya have?
