Yorkie Pricing & Payment

Each puppy is priced individually according to bloodline, color, size, structure, and confirmation. Females are priced higher than males, because there is always a demand for them. Prices given on the website are for a PET. Breeding any of my puppies, intentional or accidental carries a strict penalty as stated in the sales contract. Only CKC papers will be forwarded once proof of spay or neuter is provided and confirmed by the Vet.

A STRICT spay/ neuter contract is in place for EACH puppy sold. If the sterile surgery is deemed harmful to the dog or if the new owner declines sterile surgery, then NO papers will accompany the dog.
Toy Puppies (5 pds & up) are Priced: $2,050-3,550; Teacup Puppies (3-4.99 pds) are priced: $3,550-4,550; Micro Puppies (3pds & under) are priced $4,550 & Up.
To receive a discount of the second MALE puppy, a GOOGLE Business Review must be completed to receive discounted pricing. (Females are not discounted due to demand.) If a 2nd puppy is purchased within 1 year of the initial sales contract you will receive $300.00 off his price, if it has been 2 years since since the initial purchase, then you will receive $200.00 off and 3 years since the initial purchase $100.00. Discounts may NOT be combined and only 1 discount may be applied to the purchase price.

I do not accept puppy payment plans or “puppy layaway.” Paypal is used for the initial deposit of $100.00. The $100.00 deposit will reserve ONE specific puppy. A Puppy Application, including 2 References is REQUIRED for all puppies. The balance is due in cash or through a bank wire if the puppy leaves via lap nanny. The balance must be paid in FULL before the puppy is released.
The $100.00 deposit is valid for 1 year from submission date. If this dates expires and you wish to remain on the list, you are welcome to submit another $100.00 and your name will be moved to the bottom of the PLATINUM list as it corresponds with the new deposit date.

I do utilize a lap nanny out of Charleston, SC. She typically charges $550.00 for east coast deliveries and $650.00 for west coast deliveries. A Health Certificate and FAA Carrier is required at an additional fee for ANY PUPPIES that fly. In certain cases I can meet you at the Myrtle Beach (MYR) Airport; I do charge a travel fee as the airport is about 3 hours from me, round trip. Flight travels must be discussed WELL in advance. I do not allow ANY of my adults/ puppies to be shipped via cargo or canine transport van.
I have a professional photographer from Charleston, SC take hi-resolution images of my puppies. For an all day shoot, this runs $800.00. Due to cost, I am only able to do this about once a month. If you are someone that wants images more frequently, then please seek another breeder that is more accommodating. Images and Videos are NOT sent directly to new puppy owners due to scammers.
Puppies are priced at 6-7 weeks of age, once a charting weight has been established. If my estimation of charting weight is incorrect, the puppy will be repriced to reflect the more accurate size and market price. If a deposit was placed on the puppy, the individual will have first right of refusal to purchase the puppy at a higher price OR he/she may return the waiting list according to application date.

Yorkie Puppy Meet & Greets

I allow Puppy Meet & Greets on Saturday and Sunday for those only the PLATINUM Member LIST ONLY from 10:00-4:00 pm, by appointment at: ICON Professional Building 1415 3rd Ave, Suite 102 Conway, SC 29526. A completed Puppy Application , Non-Refundable Deposit, and Reference Check is required. A limit of 2 puppies may be viewed. You may read more about my Meet & Greet Policy HERE.

I do not allow potential puppy buyers to my home. I will not meet you at any other location other than the ICON Professional Building, including your home or a “half-way” location between us.

I am available by phone or email to answer any new puppy inquires you may have from 9:00 AM-7:00 PM, Daily. Puppy interests made via text or Google Message will be answered at my convenience.

If you have purchased a puppy from me, then I offer breeder support for the life of the dog. I only ask that any non-urgent questions or concerns are done so via email. If there is an emergency, then please do call me ANYTIME!

Outside animals of ANY KIND are not permitted for Puppy Meet & Greets. I am respectfully asking that you do NOT bring any animals when coming to view or pick up your new puppy.

Children are welcome to attend Puppy Meet & Greets, provided they are well behaved, calm, and quiet. Children MUST sit on the floor to hold a puppy and puppies already spoken or super small puppies may not be held.

Yorkie Puppy Release

Starting JUNE 2022, ALL puppies sold must have a pet safe heating pad and 1 tube of NutraCal before the puppy is released to the new owner. These items may be purchased from the HIGH COTTON Store or on Amazon. Both items are required.
Puppies that are charting toy size, (5 pounds and over) are typically released between 8-10 weeks old; Puppies that are charting teacup size (3-4.99pds) are typically released 12-14 weeks. Puppies that are charting micro size (3 pds and under) are typically released 14-16 weeks. There are a lot of variables that go into a Puppy’s Release Date, to include: passing temperament, positive socialization, solid/firm stool, eating hard kibble, etc. I want to set the new owner up for success, so being patient with me if the puppy is delayed is key.
Puppies that remain with me after the release date given by my Vet are subject to a $25.00 DAILY boarding fee. This fee must be paid in advance and discussed at length by both parties.

The free gift cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit
The free gift is included with your puppy at pickup

The free gift offer may NOT be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion that we run on our website, unless otherwise stated.
Only one free gift per order, per person for the duration of the offer / promotion (If you place more than one order with us in the period the free gift offer is running, you will only receive the gift on your first order), unless otherwise stated.
If a customer wishes to return an order or item which qualified for a gift with purchase, the transaction can only be refunded if the gift with purchase item is also returned.
This promotion or offer is valid within the dates as stated on the relevant page
In the event of any dispute, the decision of Southern Yorkies is final
