Meet Spoon…
Spoon passed away August 23, 2023.
She will truly be missed. I bought Spoon from a breeder that chose to focus on raising French bulldogs, so Spoon was about 8 months old when I got her. Spoon is “eat up” with puppy from the word go! Meaning, she is a VERY happy go lucky little girl and has YET to meet a stranger… Her original owner named her Keira, which I rolled with for a few days until I found something that suited her a little better….Ms Keira kept escaping from my deck into the yard. She would jump off the deck through the slats into the unfenced in area and then it was a fun filled game of TAG and I am always it… always. After MANY, MANY attempts to keep her in the fenced in area, I devised a harness with a wooden spoon on it, so the spoon would block her from fitting through the slats– this is also how she got her name. She is the little spoon and must wear the big spoon to go outside and play!
Spoon is blue and gold in color and had beautiful confirmation. Spoon has had one litter and BOTH puppies are absolutely gorgeous: short muzzle, short legs, short body, and very thick coats. Spoon being Spoon I was worried that she wouldn’t be a very good Mother, but she fell into the role like a natural. Spoon’s puppies tend to TEACUP and MICRO in size. She was paired with HUEY, I will likely continue that pairing.
