Meet Tipsy…
TIPSY is a little sweetheart. She gets her name because she is a parti-girl, get it! She is extremely well behaved and NEVER poops inside or where she isn’t supposed to. She has the sweetest temperament. Sometimes I have let her come in my bedroom and sleep for the night because she is so well behaved. TIPSY also has beautiful TINY puppies. If you are wanting a healthy, itty bitty little yorkie-then Tipsy is my go-to girl for beautiful small puppies.
In the photo she has bangs. I kept sweeping them to the side so I could see her pretty eyes for the pictures and she would move them. Apparently, that is the new style in Yorkie Vogue.
