I genuinely give you my best estimation on a puppy’s adult weight, but I can not guarantee it. I have found that my yorkies tend to follow this Growth Chart: Southern Yorkies UPDATED Growth Chart which is how I arrive at the estimated Adult Weight. I do not use Puppyweights.com, as it ALWAYS has my puppies charting much larger than they actually are.
Once a Deposit is placed on a puppy and a Puppy Dibs Email is sent, this confirms that puppy is now yours and is NO longer for sale. If the puppy starts charting much smaller than anticipated, the person who placed the deposit will have first right of refusal on the puppy at the higher price. If he/she declines the puppy he.she will return to the waiting list according to the application submission date. Sometimes a puppy’s growth chart is all over the place, if this is the case, I will give a pricing range. The puppy’s price will not exceed the highest price given on the range. Failure to place a deposit and/or completing the Puppy Application denoting your specific puppy choice, may result in that puppy being sold. No Exceptions. Once a deposit & application has been forwarded, the puppy will be moved to the PENDING PUPPIES Page…Then look for a telephone call from me, so we can talk yorkie! Toy Size (5 pounds and Up) Puppies $2,050-3,550; Teacup Size (3-4.99 pounds) Puppies $3,550-$4,550; Micro Size (3 pounds & Under) Puppies $5,500 & Up. Images of existing puppies on website are current; cell phone pictures/ videos of puppies will NOT be sent directly due to Scammers.
