Puppy Waiting List
All puppies on this site are AKC or CKC Yorkshire terriers. The term TOY, TEACUP, and MICRO is an adjective used to determine adult size. That is it. The smaller the puppy, the higher the price. The more recessive genes a puppy expresses, the higher the price, and females are NEVER reduced because most people want a girl. The typical wait time for a Southern Yorkies puppy is 3-6 months. Sometimes this may take longer, sometimes shorter. The more specific you are in your puppy preference, the longer it will take. I am requesting your patience with this, Mother Nature does not consult me when creating puppies in the various colors, sexes, or sizes. She does her own thing.
For those on the PLATINUM Membership it is YOUR responsibility to maintain communication with me. I will alert you of available puppies via EMAIL. I am sorry; I am no longer able to call, text and e-mail each person; it is just too time consuming. As long as you are able to check your Email DAILY and check out the website weekly, you will be in the Southern Yorkies loop.
NOTE: I reserve the right to refund or cancel your deposit if you are disrespectful, impatient, or rude. In other words, be kind and patient or go somewhere else.
SILVER Member: ANY SIZE
This membership is FREE. Just complete the Quick Application and then stalk the site! You will be notified via EMAIL of available puppies after those that hold a Platinum or Gold Membership Level have made their selections. You May Complete the Quick Application HERE. The Silver Membership list is NOT published on the site because it is too large. You will NOT receive a confirmation e-mail.(As of 1/5/26 there well over 1,100 Members that hold the SILVER Membership status.)
HOW TO RESERVE A PUPPY
STEP ONE: Once you have chosen a specific puppy to adopt, please complete the PUPPY APPLICATION; this application may be found HERE.
STEP TWO: Then submit a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 via PAYPAL or CASH APP for TOY, TEACUP or MICRO size puppies. Once you have chosen a specific puppy, an additional $350.00 will be paid via Cash App. (ONLY CASH APP is accepted for the $350.00 deposit.) If you are wanting a MICRO, speak with me first. I am picky pants about where they are placed. ALL MONIES SUBMITTED ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
I ONLY accept PAYPAL/ CASH APP for the waiting list deposit. The balance of the puppy MUST be paid in cash. In the event of multiple interest for the same puppy, the earliest Deposit Date and Time Stamp will have first right of refusal. If my puppy process is any way unclear, please speak with me directly, BEFORE getting on my list or submitting any money.
